To archive something in life you have to more discipline. You can't achieve something until you don't have discipline. In today life many people says that to develop a self discipline is very difficult but in this blog I will tell you how you can develop Self Discipline by taking some simple steps by simply change your mind set you can develop Strong Self Discipline. But first let's discuss what is strong self discipline how you know that you are developing self discipline
What is Self Discipline.
Self Discipline means that engage yourself, your time in that particular work which leads you towards your dreams your success or take near to your goals.
In simple self discipline is the step is taken by you is helping you to get successful. For example if you are a student and your goal is to score 90 + percent in final exam and you are spending your much time in studying then you are a self discipline student
If you are studying for getting 90 percent in exam then you can get 90 percent but if you are not staying you are not using your precious time in doing something different but not in studying then how you will achieve 90 percent this goal become impossible without studying.
Now let's talk about the work which helps to achieve a goal to become successful in life and other work which doesn't help to achieve the goal.
We al are doing something in whole day means everytime we are doing something work it could be anything.
If we are doing something in whole day then we do two types of work.
Fun and Easy the work which is easy for us and enjoyable also like watching TV, using mobile, playing games, hanging out with your friends, these works are vary easy and fun also these works doesn't take extra effort but if you want to success in your life then you have not to do these works. The work you have to do is
Hard and Necessary
If you want to achieve something in life that you have to work hard on necessary work. The work which are very difficult but important for achieving your goal. If you do this type of work regular then you make your goals very easy to achieve. Like you are student and instead of watching TV if you will study in that time then you are doing hard but necessary work which leads you to get your dream mark in exam.
It doesn't mean that don't watch TV or use mobile but for a limited time it should not be a addition your 70+ time is for hard and Necessary work only less then 30 present of time you can do these types of things.
What to do to achieve self discipline.
Let's talk about how you can develop self discipline in your life.
- Know your distraction : The first point to achieve self discipline is that knowing your distraction. For example if you have a mobile device and you have a habit of playing games in Mobile, active for a long time on social media, or checking your Instagram these are the weakness of your. These works are distraction for you. If you sitting for studying and your friends call you for hanging out for a place then this is your distraction. The biggest reason that we don't have self discipline is we are surrounded by distraction, specially digital distraction like mobile, TV , computer and the fact is we don't know about these distraction we doesn't even think about it that these are the distraction for us. So you have a better knowledge about which things distract you most .
- Remove temptation : Temptation is kind of feeling that you know this is wrong but you do it. Like you are over weight and you are on your diet and someone is place your favorite dish on your table and you didn't control yourself and eat it that called temptation. There are 99% of chance in which we do work like that we know that's wrong but we do it like getting up in early morning for exercise but we think let's sleep for extra 5 minutes and we slept for 1 hour we know that but we do so for achieving a better self discipline you have to control on your temptations. So here is a simple life hack that the more you have control on yourself the more you achieve Self Discipline.
- Set your clear goals : Now we know that to become successful you have to do the work which helping you to achieve your goals but if you don't have clear goal then what you work for? Like if you want to slim and fit and decrease your weight then you have a goal for becoming slim and fit without that you won't able to slim and fit. If you want to achieve your goals then you have daily goal not a long time goal a daily goal. Like you are preparing for your exam of a particular subject which have 30 lessons and you have just 15 days then you have a daily goal that I have to complete 2 chapters per day by setting this daily goal you would able to complete all lessons and prepare best for your exam but if you think I have 15 days I will complete all chapters within 15 days the it quite possible that you can't cover your whole chapters and you miss one or two chapters.
- Built a self discipline : We all know that self discipline is not a born talent you have to develop it. The more you practice self discipline more you achieve it like first time you ride your bike you fell down but after daily practice you learn how to ride bikes.
- Develop new habits for self discipline : To achieve your goals you have to develop some new and good habits which help you to achieve your goals like you're a student before go to study switch off your phone and then sit to study by doing this there is less chance of distraction and you will study a quality time that will help you to achieve your dreams mark.
